The distillation process typically involves the following steps besides our newly designed Oxygen Presser:

• Loading the still: The plant material is loaded into a distillation still, along with water. It is then washed multiple times before moving to the next stage.
• Before it can go to the heating source, a gel layer is prepared to absorb the oils extracted from the next stage.
• Heating: using the heat source, the essential oil is vaporized.
• Collecting the oil: The vaporized essential oil is cooled and condensed on top of the gel.
• Separating the oil: The gel will take care of this stage and give us pure and clean oil.
• Testing and storage: The extracted oil is then tested for purity and quality. It is then stored in a dark, cool place to preserve its potency.
